Lead Youth Worker

Job Title: Lead Youth Worker 

Salary: £28,000

Hours: 37 Hours Per Week 

This role is for an initial 12 months period but with a funding plan in place to extend if possible. Doorways are building on 28 years experience in working with young people within our area. The project supports young people in their emotions health and wellbeing and practical life skills. Doorway engages particularly with young people 11 to 18s and where appropriate parents too. This post will be line managed by a voluntary management team providing strategic leadership and operational guidance.
