A specialist setting in Dibden Purlieu is seeking a Pastoral Support Worker to support students with social, emotional and behavioural needs.

 

You will be responsible for helping pupils manage emotions, build positive relationships and remain engaged with their education.

 

We're looking for someone who:

• Remains calm during challenging situations
• Can act as a positive role model
• Wants to support pupils to reach their full potential

 

Requirements:
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
✅ Experience working with children or young people
